Once the app is installed, open it, and you will see the options to “Sign Up” or “Log In.” For new users, choose “Sign Up” and provide the required information such as First Name, Last Name, Country, Mobile Number, Username, Email, and create a password. If you already have an account, select “Log In,” enter your credentials, and proceed to access the app.
After logging in, navigate to the booking section of the app. Select your Pick-Up and Drop-Off points, choose the date and time of travel, and select the available seats. Once your selection is complete, proceed to the payment page to confirm your booking.
Once you have selected your seats and entered the necessary details, review your booking summary. If all information is correct, proceed to the payment section, select your preferred payment method, and complete the transaction. Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation message in the app or via email.
When booking travel through Magiya.lk, passengers must log in via the mobile app or website and make their reservation at least a specified time before the travel date.Passengers are encouraged to review vehicle details, travel dates, and prices before confirming their booking. Full payment is required at the time of booking, including the ticket price and any applicable fees. Upon confirmation, an E-ticket will be sent via email, and passengers are required to present the ticket and a valid ID at the time of boarding. Cancellations must be made online at least 03 hours prior to departure for a refund. Rescheduling is allowed once per booking, subject to applicable fees. It is recommended that passengers verify boarding points with the service provider before departure.
Once a booking is confirmed through Magiya.lk, an E-ticket will be emailed to the passenger. At the time of boarding, passengers must present the following:

Cancellations must be made via the Magiya.lk website, as offline cancellations are not permitted. Refund eligibility is based on the refundable amount specified in the booking details, excluding reservation charges, service fees, and convenience fees. Cancellations must be made at least 03 hours prior to the scheduled departure to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or issued as a refund voucher, which can be used for future bookings on Magiya.lk.
Passengers can reschedule their tickets through the Magiya.lk website, mobile app, or by contacting customer support. Rescheduling is only available for certain third-party service providers. Fees associated with rescheduling will be listed on the E-ticket, and any fare differences must be paid by the passenger. If the fare for the new booking is lower, no refund will be issued for the difference. Please note, each booking can only be rescheduled once.
